I, ____________, do hereby resolve for 2006 to prepare myself for imminent terrorist attacks. I fully realize, understand, and embrace the reality that Mike Chertoff and George W. Bush are unable to protect me and my family from enemies foreign, domestic, and natural (although Mr. Chertoff and Mr. Bush are more than welcome to spy on me and listen to my phone calls and read my email and sniff my underwear).
